The times given are estimates and run from the day the order is processed. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Packaging
Our products are packed with care to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. We use recyclable packaging wherever possible. Products needing refrigeration are shipped with insulating material when required.
Returns Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any product without giving a reason, provided that:
- The product has not been opened or used
- The original packaging is intact
- The product is not perishable with a short shelf life
Faulty or damaged products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the product and the packaging. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
How to return an item
Email info@kinferments.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll explain the steps. Return costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is faulty.
